How it works

The answer is only half of it. The trail back to the source is the product.

Every question runs the same path: your manuals are indexed once, a question retrieves the exact passages that could answer it, and the model is only allowed to write from what was retrieved — never from what it "remembers" about similar equipment elsewhere.

Ask it like you'd ask your most experienced technician.

A question comes in written the way people actually talk on the floor — not a search-box keyword query. Retrieval runs against the manual text itself, and the model composes an answer strictly from what it found, with the exact page named for every claim.

If a plant runs multiple manuals covering the same or similar equipment, each answer is checked for equipment coherence before it's shown — a request naming one machine can't accidentally pull in parts or specs from a different one.

Every manual and drawing can also be tagged to a real equipment hierarchy — department → machine → component — so searching one piece of equipment surfaces its own tagged documents, its real MTBF/MTTR/availability, and every open permit, near-miss or spare part against it, on one page.

What's the safe re-torque sequence for the discharge flange after a seal replacement?
From plant manuals · high confidence
  • Sequence: criss-cross (star) pattern across four passes, never fully seating one bolt before its opposite.
  • Torque value: final pass to the OEM-specified value for this flange class — see cited page.
  • Hold time: re-check torque after the first thermal cycle before returning to full service.

Every tool, not just the chat window.

Click any tab to switch tools — Q&A, the command-center Dashboard, and all seven operational registers, each shown as a real screen with real depth. Every screen is an illustrative mockup built to match how the real app behaves — never a real customer's actual data or plant name.

How it's built

Fast to trust, fast to run.

Your infrastructure, your call

Runs on infrastructure you control or ours — the trust model doesn't depend on whose server it's on.

Multilingual by default

A translated, cited answer in your team's own language beats a rushed on-the-spot translation.

Installable on the floor

A real installable app on the phone or tablet already in a technician's pocket.

Voice input, everywhere it counts

The chat composer and the near-miss/downtime forms take a spoken answer, not just typed.

QR scan-to-ask

A code stuck on the equipment opens straight to that machine's questions, manuals and drawings.

Flowcharts on demand

Turn a written procedure into a visual step-by-step flow for training or a quick refresher mid-shift.

Hardened, not just functional

Output sanitized against injected content, per-account login lockout, and a documented audit process.

Isolated per plant, per manual set

A chat is locked to one plant, so answers never mix two sites.

Live-data ready

An OPC-UA client already proven against a real test server — the on-ramp to your historian, on-prem.

See it answer a real question from your own manuals.
